Christy's life.

Christy's life was changed through writing by being able to express the way he feels, and what he wants to say to others around him. Without writing, no one would know of the true struggle he's been through in his life. I think the main hero in this story is Mrs.Brown, Christy's mother, because of how she kept with him and never gave up on Christy. She cared and looked out for him through thick and thin. People like Christy Brown, and Helen Keller teach us about heroism by letting us know that even though life brings challenges that are unfair to some, you should stick through them and try your best to achieve your goals in life. People with disabilities face many, many challenges. For example: They may not be able to keep up with other people their age in activities, and/or academics. Christy's accomplishments indicate that the human potential that everyone has, is worth trying your hardest to reach the goals you have set for yourself. Once you have achieved them, you have that special gratitude to carry around with you. Having it near your heart will help you accomplish more and more, satisfying your need to reach goals.
